Summary = Specs Ops Neutralise 1 Missile, but 1 Missile escapes.

Who do we blame? Nathan for rolling a 1 on a CRUCIAL Sniper Shot!

Western UX Spec Ops attack an Eastern Forward Command Post with devastating results, causing a lot of damage and escaping quickly, in the nick of time whilst under heavy persuit.

Outcome = Western (Minor Victory)

Who do we blame? Effective Artillery Support!

Continuaton of above Mission 3

Spec Ops attempt to escape, but are persued by large local militia force, who eventually catch up to them. However the UX troops set up a deadly defence and hold back the milita force allowing several members to escape, but taking casualties the Eastern Forces claim a minor victory.

Outcome = Eastern (Minor Victory)

Western Quick Reaction Force (Tom standing in for Paul)

vs a rabble of an Eastern Mountain Patrol (SteveW)

Summary = Western forces JUST manage to secure the downed chopper site and rescue the Officer before Eastern forces grab him - with the help of an Attack Helicopter or two...

Outcome = West win (Minor Victory)

Who do we blame? = Eastern Anti Air Support (or lack of)

Welcome To Hell

Eastern Armoured Company (Tom and SteveW)

vs a large hastily assembled Western Defence Force.

Summary = Eastern forces are slowly picked off by surrounding Westerners whilst escaping the city.

Outcome = Western Win (Major Victory)

Who to we blame? - Was always a difficult task for the defenders from the beginning...

Set several decades ago before the Civil War. A local militia force surrounds a private Government Facility defended by a small Contract Security detachment. The locals suspect the Government is in bed with Russia and attempting to claim land and oil drilling rights on sacred Ukrovian soil!

Western Spec Ops attack an Eastern armoured company, protecting a secret cargo.

Outcome = Draw

Eastern Forces defend the cargo until it is recovered

However, Western forces devastate the defence and escape with minimal casualties. (Secret Cargo: more to follow)

Who do we blame? = Eastern Guards for being hard as nails and some unlucky Western damage rolls.

UX Troops, after taking a few casualties, muster up yet another determined attack against the East and drop in to say hi to an Eastern Artillery Battery zeroing in on Western armoured defences.

Game 12

Let's Get Our Lads Back
The British trained contingent of Western Spec Ops head back into the forest to investigate why their mortar team has gone silent. Scout Snipers spotted mysterious dark figures moving in the direction of the mortar during Game 11. Could they be Vampyri, an ancient rebel force, with ties stretching back to Cossack times, who lay claim to not just Ukrovia, but nearby lands as their rightful empire?

The Vampyri, or Old Believers as many have called them, are mainly an underground terror driven force, who despise the modern world. They have are responsible for many acts of terror over the years, and are thought to have quite a large underground following of many thousands throughout Europe and Asia.

Out of the two warring factions however, The Vampyri would favour an Eastern solution, though ultimately nothing less than their own anarchic Empire, under extreme rule would suffice, free from modern thinking, none Believers.
